Filter Talent Inline in Pool
Filters sit above the talent table, and results update as you build the query.
Audience filters opened in a side drawer that covered much of the screen, so the table you were filtering was hidden while you built the query. Filtering was also tied to creating an audience, which forced you to name and save a query before knowing whether it was any good.
What's new
An inline filter bar — filter controls sit with the talent table, and adding, removing or adjusting a condition updates the results immediately.
The table stays visible — nothing covers the results while the query is being built.
Filtering separated from audiences — explore freely, then save the filter set as a named audience only if it is worth keeping.
Audiences as their own pages — saved audiences are navigable pages, which separates querying from managing what you have saved.
Why it matters
Evaluating a query while you build it is the whole point of filtering, and a query that costs nothing to abandon is a query worth trying. Exploration stops producing clutter in the audiences list.
What to expect
Saved audiences are unchanged and keep working. This replaces the drawer, so anyone used to it will need to reorient, and teams that have trained or documented on the old flow are worth telling in advance.
