Fountain's been busy! We've introduced 13 updates across Sourcing, CRM, ATS, Onboarding, and Platform focused on smarter sourcing, deeper CRM intelligence, and faster automation setup.
Sourcing
Server-to-server conversion tracking for Joveo – Pixel-free, browser-resilient attribution for Joveo-sourced campaigns.
Proactive warning emails for hiring goals and budgets – Owners get a heads-up before automation pauses campaigns.
At-risk openings recommendations in the dashboard – Next-best-action recommendations and a guided Review modal for at-risk openings.
Language support across Source – Source renders in the user's preferred locale, matching Hire.

Referral pipeline shows workflow stages – Workflow stage now visible on the Referrals pipeline table.

Flow versioning 2.0 – Update live flows without duplicating; new version applies only to workers who haven't started.

Shared reference datasets for automations – CSV-backed lookup tables usable across filters, actions, scripts, and pipelines.
Inbound connector marketplace for HRIS sync – Plug-and-play inbound Locations and Jobs sync from supported HRIS systems.
These updates help teams track sourcing conversions more reliably, act on CRM and at-risk signals faster, and stand up integrations in minutes across the platform.

Source
Server-to-server conversion tracking for Joveo
Source now fires Joveo conversion events server-to-server when applicants complete an application, so attribution holds up even when browsers or ad blockers strip pixels.
Availability:
Generally available now to all customers using Source with Joveo campaigns.
Proactive warning emails for hiring goals and budgets
Source now sends opening owners a heads-up email when a hiring goal hits 90% of its duration or a budget hits 80% consumed, so reviewers can extend or top up before automation pauses anything.

At-risk openings recommendations in the dashboard
The Source dashboard now surfaces an At Risk Openings card and a side-panel Action Center that lists each at-risk opening with a recommended next action — post to more channels or adjust budget — and applies the change in a guided review-and-apply flow.

Language support across Source
Source now renders in the user's preferred locale, matching the language already set up in Hire — no separate Source-side configuration required.

Referral pipeline shows workflow stages
The Referrals pipeline now includes a Stage column that shows each referred applicant's current Hire workflow stage and updates as applicants move.

A new workflow-stage board view plus bulk reject and bulk advance actions for hiring managers, designed to cut routine triage time on busy openings.

Talent records now carry a full event log: audience membership changes, campaign messages sent, profile updates, and pool eligibility changes — plus per-campaign unsubscribe reporting.

Pool opens to a new home dashboard with Pipeline, Cue Insights, and Active Campaigns widgets — recruiters land on a snapshot of what's happening and what to do next.

Hire now surfaces relevant Pool audience suggestions directly inside Openings and Hiring Goals workflows, with a one-click path to draft a campaign — including handoff to Cue.

Interview insights feed talent Match Score

Flow versioning 2.0
Publish a new version of an Onboarding flow without duplicating or archiving — the new version applies only to workers who haven't started yet, while in-progress and completed workers keep their version intact.

Shared reference datasets for automations
Datasets are CSV-backed reference tables (up to 50,000 rows) that automations can filter against, translate values through, and query from Custom Scripts — usable across filters, the Update worker attribute action, Custom Scripts, and Data Pipeline transforms.

Inbound connector marketplace for HRIS sync
A catalog of inbound HRIS connectors plus scheduled pipelines, starting with Locations and Jobs — designed for plug-and-play inbound sync without weeks of custom integration work.
