Trace every change and message on a talent record back to the moment it happened.

Pool is gaining a full event log on talent records, capturing major engagement and lifecycle events — audience changes, campaign messages sent, profile updates, and eligibility shifts. Admins and operators get the audit trail that enterprise compliance reviews require, plus visibility into unsubscribe patterns by campaign.


What’s new

  • A new event log on each talent record that captures audience membership changes (entered, exited), campaign messages sent, profile updates, and pool eligibility changes.

  • Campaign unsubscribe reporting that surfaces unsubscribe rates per campaign so teams can read opt-out impact and engagement together.

  • Logged events are queryable and viewable on the talent profile.


Why it matters

Enterprise Pool buyers expect the same level of traceability they get from sales-side tools: who was contacted, when, and why. The event log makes that available on talent records and gives compliance and ops teams a clear answer when reviewers ask for a contact history.


What to expect

  • The log will appear on talent records once the feature reaches your account; no setup required.

  • New events are captured forward from rollout; historical events prior to release are not backfilled at this time.

  • Unsubscribe metrics surface in campaign reporting alongside existing engagement metrics.
