New in Hire: Onboard Status Label

What’s new

You can now click directly from a hired applicant’s status in Fountain Hire to their Onboard record.

Why it matters

It saves recruiters time and makes transitioning from hiring to onboarding seamless.

How it works

• The status label in the applicant profile is now clickable.

• It opens the linked onboarding record instantly.

• Visible only when the applicant has an onboarding profile.

Availability

Available to all Fountain Hire customers. No setup required.
