New in Hire: Opening Company Attributes Management (Phase 2)

What’s New

Customers can now create, edit, and manage custom opening attributes directly in the Hire UI, expanding beyond fixed fields like pay rate and location.

Why It Matters

Gives customers more flexibility and control over how they organize and manage opening data, without needing engineering support.

How It Works

• Admins assign view / edit / manage permissions in Company Settings

• Users access attributes from Opening → Edit job details → Opening Attributes

• Supports new data types: String, Number, Date, Boolean

• Attributes can be used in rules, integrations, and offer letters
