See Every Candidate You Messaged in Message Center
Under Assigned to me, a conversation appears as soon as you send the first message, whether or not the candidate has replied.
Message Center listed conversations only where the applicant had written back. A recruiter who texted forty candidates and heard from six saw six threads, with no trace of the rest, so nobody could tell who had already been contacted.
What's new
Assigned to me follows the applicant — choose Assigned to me from the view selector above your openings list, and you see threads for the applicants assigned to you rather than threads where you are the recorded user.
Outbound conversations are included — a thread appears once a message has been sent, with no reply from the candidate required.
Other views are unchanged — All Messages and WhatsApp behave exactly as before.
Why it matters
Without a record of who was contacted, teams duplicate outreach, cannot answer who messaged a candidate, and lose sight of the most actionable group there is: the people who were contacted and went quiet.
What to expect
Expect the thread count under Assigned to me to rise, and for outreach heavy teams to rise sharply.
