Cue Tip: Assessment and interview scores are filterable now. Ask Cue who clears the bar.

Copy/paste this prompt into Cue:

List applicants across all my openings with an AI Recruiter score above 3 who are still waiting in a review stage, oldest first.

Release Highlights

We've introduced 6 updates across ATS, Anna (AI Recruiter), and Cue. The lists recruiters work from get considerably more workable: the Openings page and the cross-opening Applicants view both gain the columns and filters teams organize around. Video interviews reach candidates on their phones. And offer documents and Cue Skills both move toward something a team shapes for itself rather than something configured for them.

Available Now

  • ATS: Choose the columns the Openings page shows, including your own company attributes, filter the list by how your hiring is organized, and update or delete several openings at once.

  • ATS: A My Applicants toggle in the cross-opening applicant view, new filters for workflow and stage, location, and brand, and screening on assessment and interview scores.

  • Anna: Video interviews on Android in Chrome and on iPhone and iPad in Safari, with automatic detection of whether a candidate's browser can record.

  • Cue: Build your own Cue skills for recurring work, private to whoever creates them.

Coming Soon / Rolling Out

  • ATS: One dynamic Document Template, with merge fields and conditional sections, replacing a separate file per offer variant.

Improvements

  • Anna: Better audio and video synchronization on interviews recorded over low bandwidth or unstable connections.

Together these updates put the attributes teams actually organize around onto the lists they scan, widen who can complete a video assessment, and start handing template and skill authoring to the people who use them.

ATS | Openings Page Filters and Column Customization

The Openings page becomes a working list rather than a fixed table. Recruiters choose which columns appear, reordering and removing them from a panel, and can surface any custom attribute already configured on an opening alongside standard columns like Owner, Pay, and Creation Date. Filter controls under the search box cover My Openings, Owner, Status, Brand, Location, and Workflow, plus an Attributes filter reaching those same company attributes. Several openings can be updated or deleted at once from a filtered list. Column layouts are saved per user; filter selections clear when you sign out.

ATS | Universal Applicant View Filters

A My Applicants toggle shows only the applicants in openings you own, with no filter to build and nothing to maintain. New panels narrow the table by workflow and the stages inside it, by location group or individual location, and by brand, including an option for openings with no brand assigned. Under Filter by Applicant Data, Assessment Score and AI Interview Score can each be held to an operator and a value, so screening happens from a threshold rather than one profile at a time. The existing jobs and applicant data filters are unchanged, and the new selections clear when you sign out.

Anna | Video Interviews on Mobile Devices

Candidates can record a video interview from a phone or tablet, on Android in Chrome 49 or later and on iPhone and iPad in Safari on iOS or iPadOS 18.4 or later. Fountain checks the candidate's browser before the interview begins, and anyone whose browser cannot record sees the same message recommending a desktop or laptop that was shown before. Mobile support extends to any job type that already has video interviews turned on. Candidates on iPhones running an iOS version earlier than 18.4 continue to see the fallback message.

Availability: Available to all Anna customers.

ATS | Document Template Customization

Document Templates on the Document Signing stage become dynamic. An admin uploads a Word document carrying merge fields and conditional blocks, and maps each one to data Fountain already holds or to a new field. A conditional block appears only when its condition is met, so a signing bonus paragraph can show only where a bonus exists. Logos, footers, fonts, tables, and multi-page layouts survive generation and signing. At offer time the recruiter fills a form built from the template, previews the document as the candidate will see it, and sends it for signature. Existing PDF templates keep working, and there is no conversion of them.

Cue | Custom Skills

Cue users can build their own skills for the work they repeat. Describe the skill in a Cue chat and Cue works through the questions it needs answered to shape it, or upload one as a ZIP. A custom skill is private to whoever created it, and can be triggered with a slash command or reached for by Cue when a conversation turns to something it covers. Everything you have built is listed under Your Skills, where you can manage or delete it. Sharing, publishing, and browsing other people's skills are still to come.

Availability: Available to all Cue customers.

Anna | Audio and Video Synchronization

Candidates interviewing over a weak or unstable connection could end up with a recording whose audio and video drifted apart, which made a long interview harder for a reviewer to follow. Synchronization on new recordings is closer, and the difference is most noticeable on interviews running beyond the first half minute. Recordings already captured are unchanged.

Availability: Available to all Anna customers.
