Multiple Lead Capture Forms in Pool
Pool accounts can publish several named lead capture forms, each with its own questions, copy and hidden attribution.
An account had one lead capture configuration and one set of copy and questions. A university fair, a conference and a career site all had to share it, so teams either used a generic form or maintained an audience or an opening for every event.
What's new
Multiple form variants — create, duplicate, rename, enable, disable and archive forms from Settings, then Pool, then New Prospect Profile.
Questions from your own attributes — add supported questions from the account's custom attribute catalog, and valid answers write to the resulting prospect.
Hidden attribution stamps — a form can apply source, event, campaign or use case values to every submission without showing them to the person filling it in.
Conflict protection — the same attribute cannot be both a visible question and a hidden stamp, and an overlapping setup is rejected with a clear error.
Links that keep working — the existing public URL resolves to the Default form permanently, so printed QR codes stay valid.
Career site distribution — an enabled form can provide installation code for an embed that shares the same configuration, validation, hidden stamps and submission pipeline as the hosted form.
Why it matters
Recurring programs are the point. Duplicating a base form for each school or event captures the right context on the prospect record itself, rather than scattering it across event specific audiences or creating applicant records for people who are only expressing interest.
What to expect
File uploads are not part of this release. Accounts that do nothing keep their current form and its behavior.
