Release Highlights
We've introduced 5 updates across I-9 Center, Platform, Pool and Cue. Admins can restart just the W-4 forms that need correcting, automation failure alerts and AI credits and logs are easier to act on, and Pool settings and opt-outs are getting simpler.
Available Now
I-9 Center: Independent W-4 restart — restart only the W-4 forms that need correcting
Pool: Settings, reorganized — a settings menu groups every setting by purpose, and ineligible talent are listed on the Talent page
Pool: Channel-specific opt-outs — email and SMS opt-outs stop only their own channel and no longer remove talent from Pool
Coming Soon / Rolling Out
Platform: Automation failure alerts — one email per failed run, sent only to people who opted in and can act on it
Improvements
Cue: AI & Credits — credits and activity logs together under Settings
Together these updates mean fewer redone forms, faster answers when something goes wrong, and a Pool that's easier to manage.
I-9 Center | Independent W-4 Restart
Admins choose which assigned W-4 forms to restart instead of resetting all of them. Forms that aren't selected keep their answers, signature and history, a restart reason is required, and the audit trail records what was restarted.
Availability: Available to all I-9 Center customers.
Pool | Settings, Reorganized
Pool Settings move to a left-hand menu grouped as Talent data, Matching and Integrations, and open on Talent eligibility with total, eligible and ineligible talent counts. Ineligible talent are listed on the Talent page with Show ineligible talent, alongside an Exclusion reason column, and Pool in Hire requires at least one condition to save.
Availability: Available to all Pool customers.
Platform | Automation Failure Alerts
When an automation run fails, people who opted in and can manage automations and view logs get one email with the reason and a link to the run. Repeats within the hour arrive as one summary, and runs that wait too long now end as Timed out.
Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.
Pool | Email and SMS Opt-Outs
Opting out of texts only stops texts, and unsubscribing from email only stops email. People who opted out of one channel stay in Pool and can still be reached on the other, and profiles and the talent table show email and SMS contactability separately.
Availability: Available to all Pool customers. Previously listed as "Coming Soon" in the release email, but now generally available to customers.
Cue | AI & Credits
Credits and usage, Analytics, Credit history, Billing and the activity log of what Cue and AI agents did now sit together in the AI & Credits section of Settings. Old links redirect, and permissions stay the same.
Availability: Available to all Cue customers.
