Logic Jumps in Data Validation
Data Validation forms can skip questions or end early based on a recruiter's answers.
Data Validation forms asked every question on every move, even when an earlier answer made the rest irrelevant, which slowed recruiters down on long forms.
What's new
Configure Logic Jumps — open a saved validation in Data Validation settings and select Configure Logic Jumps, using the same builder as Data Collection logic jumps.
Route on the answer — dropdown and multiple-choice questions route on the selected answer, other question types route once answered, and an Otherwise, go to fallback covers everything else.
Skip ahead or end the form — a rule jumps to a later question or to Exit Form, which saves the answers and completes the move.
One question at a time — validations with jumps step through questions with Back and Next, and skipped questions are not asked.
Same data — answers save to the same data keys, and moving an applicant back into the stage pre-fills earlier answers.
Why it matters
Recruiters answer only the questions that apply to each applicant, so long validations take less time.
What to expect
Validations without jumps keep the single-screen form. Data Validation forms are not shown in Hire Go.
