Customize and Filter the Openings Page
The Openings page becomes a working list rather than a fixed table: choose the columns you want, filter down to the roles you are working on, and act on several openings at once.
The Openings page showed a fixed set of columns and could not be filtered on the dimensions recruiting teams organize around. For a team carrying hundreds or thousands of concurrent openings, finding one role meant scanning the list or drilling into records repeatedly, and the custom attributes already configured on an opening were invisible from the list.
See how it works:
What's new
Customize Columns — a grid icon on the filter row opens a panel with Available Columns on the left and Selected on the right. Drag rows in Selected to reorder them, remove the ones you do not want, then Apply. Cancel discards the change.
Three more standard columns — Owner, Pay, and Creation Date, alongside Status, Opening, Workflow, Brand, Location Group, Location & Address, Hiring Goal, and Pipeline.
Your own attributes as columns — any custom attribute already configured on an opening can be surfaced from a searchable Company Attributes section, so the dimensions your team works in are visible on the list.
Filters for the way your team is organized — My Openings, Owner, Status, Brand, Location, and Workflow. Location nests each location group above its locations, so you can take a whole region or single sites.
An Attributes filter, grouped and searchable — your configured attributes are listed by the object they belong to. Choose one and its values open as checkboxes, including an option for openings where that attribute has no value.
Bulk actions from the list — update status or delete openings for several at once, so a filtered list becomes something you can act on rather than only read.
Status and Opening stay put — both columns are always present and cannot be removed or reordered. Status shows as a dot on the row.
Your column layout is yours — the columns you choose follow you, and Reset to Default restores the standard set whenever you want it back.
Why it matters
The Openings page is where recruiters start their day, and at enterprise scale it was costing them clicks rather than saving them any. Building the list once, with the columns and filters that match how a team is organized, turns it into somewhere work happens rather than somewhere to navigate through.
What to expect
Filters apply for your current session and clear when you sign out. Custom attributes have to be configured on the opening before they can be surfaced as a column or used as a filter. Column choices are per user, so your layout does not change what a colleague sees.
